Refund Policy

At Define Aesthetics LLP Clinic during your consultation, we discuss treatment objectives, benefits and likely outcomes associated with each treatment. Weight loss and Aesthetics are not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict precise results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Define Aesthetics LLP unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Define Aesthetics or transferred to another individual.

All treatments, procedures, and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within a month from the date of enrolment. Once package is made, the service is non-refundable but can be applied to any other service at Define Aesthetics LLP.
